Saimo Intelligent's "High Stability Technology for Belt Scales" Passes Scientific and Technological
On December 6, 2025, the Scientific and Technological Achievement Appraisal Meeting, organized and chaired by the China National Light Industry Council, was successfully held in Xuzhou. The "Research and Application of High Stability Technology for Belt Scales" project, completed by Saimo Intelligent Technology Group Co., Ltd., underwent rigorous evaluation by an authoritative expert panel and was recognized as "world-first innovation, with the overall technology reaching international leading levels." The panel unanimously approved the appraisal of the scientific and technological achievement. This groundbreaking achievement signifies a new milestone in China’s independent research and development capabilities in the field of industrial continuous measurement, providing a high-stability "Chinese solution" for the global bulk material measurement industry.
The appraisal committee was composed of senior experts from research institutes, universities, and key application units. After carefully listening to the project team’s technical summary report, reviewing relevant technical documents, novelty search reports, testing reports, and user application certificates, and conducting on-site inspections of the project prototype, the attending experts engaged in rigorous inquiries and in-depth discussions, ultimately reaching a unanimous and highly favorable appraisal conclusion.

Pioneering Dynamic Monitoring Method
The project proposed a novel "Belt Scale Weighing Length Mapping Quantity Detection Method" and successfully developed the corresponding detection device. This innovation enables real-time online monitoring of the change rates of key factors affecting belt scale stability, providing a foundational data basis for stability control at the source.
Reaching New Heights in Intelligent Algorithms
Based on wavelet transform and neural network technology, the project creatively proposed a "Multi-Modal Signal Self-Learning Intelligent Algorithm." This algorithm enables precise fusion and deep state perception of data from multiple sensors, such as tension, displacement, and temperature, significantly enhancing the system’s adaptability and intelligence.
Establishing a Novel Redundant Fault-Tolerant Mechanism
Through real-time calibration and comparison of multi-channel, multi-group measurement data, the project established an efficient fault self-diagnosis system. This system can automatically identify and exclude faulty weighing units, ensuring the long-term, continuous, and stable operation of the overall measurement system, and significantly improving the reliability and availability of the belt scale.
According to tests conducted by authoritative institutions, the performance indicators of the belt scale products utilizing this technology all meet and exceed the design requirements, fundamentally addressing the long-standing industry challenge of belt scale operational stability.
