Saimo Intelligence Assists in the Smooth Acceptance of SPIC’s Smart Fuel Project

Recently, the Smart Fuel Project of the Xining Power Generation Branch of Huanghe Company, undertaken by Shanghai Power Equipment Research Institute Co., Ltd., successfully passed the review and acceptance by the expert panel of the State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC). As the core supplier of the coal sampling system for incoming coal, the fully automated robotic sample preparation system, and the docking system for the project, Saimo Intelligent Technology Group Co., Ltd. It is noteworthy that the innovative 1mm dual-robotic-arm automatic sample preparation system provided by Saimo Intelligent for the project incorporates a 1mm sample preparation module that complies with the national standard GB/T 19494.2, successfully achieving collaborative operation between sample combination and batch classification, and automated sample preparation. The application of this system not only significantly improves the uniformity of coal samples and the efficiency of sample preparation but also fills the gap in the application of 1mm automated sample preparation within the group. It establishes a solid hardware foundation for the scientific accuracy and precision of quality inspection data, serving as one of the key supports for the project’s technological breakthroughs.
